  • The main responsibility of this position is to ensure a smooth, fair, engaging and consistent employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle for our retail associates. Partners with Operations Leadership and serves as an advisor on HR related matters.


    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Psychology or related fields
    • Further education in Human Resources is a plus
    • At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
    • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
    • Ethical Conduct

    • Ability to handle multiple projects
