The main responsibility of this position is to ensure a smooth, fair, engaging and consistent employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle for our retail associates. Partners with Operations Leadership and serves as an advisor on HR related matters.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Psychology or related fields
Further education in Human Resources is a plus
At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
