As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for Opticall BPO. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the office regardless of the reason for visiting. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence, redirecting phone calls and to applicants when the Talent Acquisition team and/or Front Desk Executive are not around.
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.
Proficient with PC applications and systems (e.g. Email, Chat, IM, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) required.
Intermediate English level (B2/C1).
Knowledge of call/contact center operating environment preferred.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to execute tasks efficiently.
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers).
