The Retail Recruiter is responsible for all duties associated with recruiting for management and hourly staff. This role requires the Recruiter to properly source and qualify candidates and perform pre screening interviews while working hand to hand with Regional Managers and the VP of the company.
High school Diploma required/ Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 1 year in a call center (Talent Acquisition, inbound/outbound sales, Medical Billing).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability and drive to thrive in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities.
Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently.
