  • The Workforce Coordinator is in charge of supervising the entire workforce team, which is in charge of all duties related to: Forecasting volume of calls, calculating the optimal staff required to manage the actual call volume while maintaining SL% on goal, additionally, this team will be in charge of planning all the off the phone activities to maintain a drop call rate within goal.


    • College degree or Bachelor degree in Optometry is a plus.
    • Presentation experience in group and individual settings.
    • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
    • Minimum of 1-year experience in WFM Management.
    • Experience developing reporting solutions, analytics, and dashboard.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability and drive to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
    • Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently.
    • Advanced Excel skills.
    • Intermediate VBA.
    • Organizational Skills.
