The Workforce Coordinator is in charge of supervising the entire workforce team, which is in charge of all duties related to: Forecasting volume of calls, calculating the optimal staff required to manage the actual call volume while maintaining SL% on goal, additionally, this team will be in charge of planning all the off the phone activities to maintain a drop call rate within goal.
College degree or Bachelor degree in Optometry is a plus.
Presentation experience in group and individual settings.
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
Minimum of 1-year experience in WFM Management.
Experience developing reporting solutions, analytics, and dashboard.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability and drive to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently.
