My name is Marcelo Otero and I'm the Ecommerce Manager at Opticall BPO. I'm in accountable for the delivery of the end-to-end customer experience for our omni-channel vision, leveraging our web platform and introducing a more customized and integrated capability. I lead the cross-functional planning of the desired experience, including competitive assessments and stakeholder inputs to recommend a seamless design between all channels to deliver on our mission of Making Eye Care Easy and setting the foundation for future growth.
I joined the company in September 2016 as the SEO Manager, and have been a witness of the tremendous growth we have experienced and the many challenges we have surpassed.
